Position Summary:

The role of Senior and Mid-Level IT Talent Acquisition Specialist has strategic and tactical oversight of all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process for Ranger clients and Ranger’s corporate organization. This role interfaces with all levels of management to deliver appropriate recruiting strategies in alignment with business and talent management-related needs.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing services
  • Experienced at building business relationships up to the C-level
  • Experience with social media promotions is desired, but not required
  • Experience with professional business correspondence (preferred)

Technology Skills and Strengths:

  • Experience with hiring Full-time, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire professionals
  • Experience working with a corporate ATS (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), internet skills
  • Understanding of core technologies and concepts including: e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Cloud, Mobility, Business Intelligence, and Virtualization
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the processes associated with IT staffing business development
  • Possesses a history of effective customer management, customer relationships, project activities and internal coordination of internal subject matter experts
  • Identify and develop new staffing or consulting business opportunities with clients
  • A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple groups and deliver a high level of customer service on a consistent basis
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task frequently
  • Works well with direction from various sources
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a discreet manner
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting
  • Tracking of candidates throughout the interview process on Ranger's Applicant Tracking System
  • Managing candidates throughout internal interview process setting up technical and consultative screening interviews with internal staff
  • Negotiating offer, acceptance, and start date with candidates
  • screening potential candidates, which may include parsing candidate resumes into contact database, candidate follow up, prequalifying candidates, reference checks, and preparing candidate summaries
  • Lead all efforts in verifying licensure/certifications/background screenings for the candidates
  • Review and check all final internal and external hiring paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Research, coordinate and participate in networking events and job fairs. Research the Internet for additional ways to attract and source applicants
  • Communicate to business development and recruiting management to drive growth in targeted client staffing solutions
  • Use best practices and measurement standards in order to ensure highest quality of recruitment process
  • Consistently and regularly prepare updates to the management team on the status of all recruiting activity
  • Perform management interviews and personality traits evaluations
